Betsy did a great job marketing our home and conducting a successful estate sale on our behalf. The real estate market at this time is difficult with high interest rates limiting buyers, many of whom have low rate mortgages. Despite these conditions Betsy focused on our listing 7 days a week and brought qualified buyers to the table which ultimately culminated in a successful closing.
